Tonia Galani

Tonia is a biologist and a freelance ornithologist. She conducted her MSc thesis at BCL on great crested grebes of Pamvotis Lake. She has gained experience as a project manager for several European programs about nature conservation, working for Pindos Perivallontiki NGO. She conducts Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) throughout Greece and she has an ecoguide business. When not doing science, she is a vivid birder with a special interest in wildlife photography.
