\u03bf\u03c1\u03b3\u03b1\u03bd\u03ce\u03c3\u03b5\u03c9\u03bd.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Our laboratory&#8217;s collaboration with Boulouki is wonderful, bringing us once again to the beautiful Mastorochoria region, within the framework of the project &#8220;Conserving Ecological Connectivity through the Provision of Drinking Water (<strong>CONSERVCONNECT<\/strong>).&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The project concerns the restoration of traditional drinking water infrastructure with the aim of supporting biodiversity. BCL has undertaken the study of the biodiversity that these infrastructures can sustain. In 2026 and 2027 we will record the presence of dragonflies, butterflies, and other pollinators, using these groups as indicators of the ecological value of the restored fountains.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the laboratory will co-organize citizen science events and contribute to the monitoring of butterflies and other pollinators.<\/p>\n<p>The programme is supported by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/PONT.PrespaOhridNatureTrust\">Prespa Ohrid Nature Trust &#8211; PONT<\/a>, which funds actions that enhance the conservation of biodiversity and ecosystem services
